Before you email
- Update to the latest version from the App Store; many fixes ship there first.
- If you subscribed to a paid tier, you can manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone or iPad, or in the App Store app on Mac.
- Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Soon. has no sign-up and no Lagerland account, so there is no password to reset or account to recover.
Common Soon. questions
What can I count down to?
Anything with a date. Soon. has event types for trips, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, exams, work, holidays, health, a baby, concerts, sport, and a general moment, and Plan mode suggests a checklist for most of them. Give a moment a time as well as a date and the card counts down to the minute. Give it a past date and it counts the days since.
What does Premium cost?
$1.99 per month or $9.99 per year, each starting with a 7-day free trial, or $12.99 once for Lifetime. You can cancel a subscription anytime, and all three plans support Family Sharing. Prices in USD; the App Store shows your local currency at checkout.
Can I see my countdown on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island?
Yes. Lock Screen widgets work on the free version and show your pinned moment. With Premium, the Final Countdown Live Activity puts the timer on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island for the last 24 hours, and "Keep on Lock Screen" can show the countdown up to 90 days out. iOS may end a Live Activity after a few hours, and Soon. refreshes it in the background when iOS allows.
Can I count up from a past date?
Yes. A moment with a past date counts the days since, on its card, on widgets, on the Lock Screen, and in the Control Center control. Reminders and the Live Activity are for countdowns only. Separately, a countdown that has reached its day can be saved as a Memory, which shows the days since it happened.
Does Soon. track me or collect data?
No. Soon. has no ads, trackers, or third-party SDKs, and you never create an account. Your moments are stored on your iPhone and, with iCloud sync on, in your own private iCloud, which Lagerland Apps cannot read. Settings has Export My Data and Delete All My Data.
Does Soon. work on Apple Watch, iPad, or Mac?
No. Soon. runs on iPhone only and needs iOS 17.6 or later. The Control Center control needs iOS 18.
