GymLogger X for Coaches
Your client imports your spreadsheet program once and follows it in the app, logging each workout as they go.
How it works
1. You write the program as a spreadsheet
Save it as a CSV with week, day, exercise, sets, and reps, and send it to your client the way you already do.
2. Your client imports it with Pro
In Settings, Data, Import Program, the file becomes a program in My Programs. A review step reports any rows that were dropped.
3. They log it day by day
Sets, reps, weight, warm-ups, supersets, a rest timer, and a plate calculator. With an Apple Watch, they can log sets on the wrist once the workout is started on the iPhone.
4. They can adjust the plan
The program editor can insert a deload week, copy from the previous week, and bulk-adjust sets and reps.
What GymLogger X does not do for coaches
- There is no coach dashboard and no client accounts. You can't monitor clients in the app.
- There is no messaging or check-in feature.
- There is no data export. Clients can share a workout as text, or a recap or weekly summary as an image.
- There is no coach partner program, referral code, or revenue sharing.
Coach FAQ
Is GymLogger X a coaching platform?
No. It has no coach dashboard, client accounts, check-ins, or messaging. Your client runs and logs the program on their own iPhone.
What does the program spreadsheet need?
A CSV file with week, day, exercise, sets, and reps. During import, a review step reports any rows it had to drop, so your client can see what did not come through.
Do clients have to pay?
Logging workouts is free. Importing a program from a spreadsheet needs GymLogger X Pro ($1.99 a month, $17.99 a year, or $39.99 once).
Can I see my clients' workouts?
Not inside the app. A client can share a workout as text, or a workout recap or weekly summary as an image, through the iOS share sheet. GymLogger X has no data export.
Is there a coach partner or referral program?
No. GymLogger X has no coach partner program, referral codes, or revenue sharing.
