Lagerland Apps

For people tired of gamified productivity

Calm productivity
without the streak anxiety.

Many planners run on streaks, badges, and a flame that goes out when you miss a day. If you've deleted a planner because it made you feel behind, these three apps keep your day in view and leave you alone the rest of the time.

Why do most productivity apps fail people?

Many are built to bring you back every day, and finishing your work comes second. A flame that goes out when you miss one day makes you feel guilty, and a list of overdue tasks in red grows every time life gets in the way.

A better planner starts from the day you will actually have. It moves yesterday's leftovers forward without comment, states its price plainly, and stays out of the way when you're busy.

The three apps

How do these three apps fit together?

Taskful Day → one day at a time, on every device
Unfinished tasks move to today on their own, and Today never shows a red overdue list. Taskful Day runs on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch, so you can plan at the desk and capture a task on your phone or your wrist. With Pro, iCloud sync keeps the same day on every device.
Soon. → countdowns to the dates that matter
Count down to trips, weddings, birthdays, and exams, each with your own photo. Plan mode suggests a starter checklist and timeline for the kind of event, and 26 Home Screen, Lock Screen, and StandBy widgets keep it in view. Soon. is an iPhone app, free for up to 5 moments.
Observa → how your routine is treating you (optional)
If you wear an Apple Watch, Observa turns your Apple Health sleep, HRV, and resting heart rate into a daily Readiness score and a Sleep Score, and tracks sleep debt against your own goal. "Why this score?" explains each number in plain language.

Questions

FAQ

What is a low-pressure productivity app?
One that plans the day you actually have and leaves you alone the rest of the time. Taskful Day is built that way. Unfinished tasks move to today on their own, Today shows no overdue badge or red list, and the app has no ads or feed asking for your attention.
What's the best alternative to streak-based planners?
Taskful Day, if you want a planner where a missed day costs you nothing. Tasks you didn't finish carry forward to today when you open the app, and nothing on Today marks them as late. Analytics does show a current and best streak, as one stat among several.
Are these apps good for people with ADHD?
None of them is designed as a medical or ADHD tool, so we make no claims about ADHD. Taskful Day keeps one day in view and moves unfinished tasks forward instead of piling them up, and you can add a task by typing a sentence, speaking it, or asking Siri. Soon. keeps the dates you care about on your Home Screen and Lock Screen. Both have free versions, so you can see whether that way of working suits you.
Do any of these apps sell my data?
No. None of the three shows ads, needs an account, or carries third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. Taskful Day keeps your tasks on your device, or in your own iCloud if you turn on sync with Pro. Soon. keeps your moments on your device and syncs them through your own iCloud. Observa keeps your health data on your device. Optional Pro and Premium upgrades pay for the apps.
Is there a guilt-free daily planner that works on Mac as well as iPhone and iPad?
Yes. Taskful Day runs on iPhone, iPad, and Mac, with an Apple Watch app that works alongside the iPhone app. With Pro, iCloud sync through your own private iCloud shows the same day on every device. On the Mac you get small, medium, and large widgets; voice capture is on iPhone and iPad.
